- What is a credit?
- One credit covers one audited page. Discovery, the learning library, CSV export and share links are free. We reserve credits up front and settle them per page, so pages that never return a snapshot are refunded.
- What happens when the free credit is used?
- Your free account includes a single one-time credit. To keep auditing, upgrade to a paid plan or buy a top-up bundle. You can still access the learning library, your archived report, and share links.
- Do monthly credits roll over?
- No. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and are spent first. Top-up credits are purchased separately and never expire.
- What is site history?
- Audit reports are available for your plan's history window. After that they are archived and cost one credit to recover. Pro keeps 180 days; Agency keeps 2 years.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. The ledger keeps a full immutable history of every credit change.
