Affiliate Program Terms

The SEO Scanner affiliate program is operated by Top Mark Solutions LLC DBA Atlantic Web Apps ("we", "us"). By joining the program you accept these terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

• 20% recurring commission. You earn 20% of the amount actually paid (excluding tax and after any discount) on every subscription renewal and credit top-up made by a customer attributed to you, for as long as they keep paying.
• Attribution. Referral link clicks are attributed for 90 days. Your personal discount code (default 10% off) is attributed whenever it is used at checkout. If both apply, the discount code wins. First attribution to a customer is permanent; you cannot be credited for an existing customer.
• Qualification before commission accrues. A referral must verify their email address and complete at least one audit before commission is released. Until then, commission is recorded as held. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot traffic and incentivised or misleading promotion do not qualify.
• Clearing period (30 days). Commission stays pending for 30 days after the payment clears, matching the refund window. After that it becomes available to claim or cash out.
• Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks. If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or reversed by Stripe, the related commission is reversed in full. If it was already paid out or claimed as credits, the reversed amount is deducted from your next earnings and your balance can go negative until it is recovered. Fraudulent, spam or policy-breaking referrals are reversed regardless of age.
• Payouts. Claim cleared earnings as audit credits any time at $0.40 per credit, or request a PayPal cashout once cleared earnings exceed $50. Cashouts require a confirmed payout method (24-hour security hold) and are paid only to the confirmed email. Payouts are reviewed weekly; taxes are your responsibility.
• Promotion rules. No paid search bidding on SEO Scanner brand terms, no coupon-scraping or cashback sites, no spam, no impersonating SEO Scanner, and no false claims about the product. Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.
• Suspension and changes. We may suspend or close an affiliate account, withhold or reverse commission for breach of these terms or suspected fraud, and change commission rates or program rules with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Top Mark Solutions LLC DBA Atlantic Web Apps.

Commission is only ever earned on money we keep. If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or otherwise reversed, the associated commission is reversed in full and shown as a reversal in your earnings breakdown. Where the reversed commission has already been claimed as credits or paid out in cash, the amount is recovered from your future earnings; if your account stays negative for 90 days, we may invoice the outstanding amount or close the account.

We may also reverse commission at any time where a referral is fraudulent, self-referred, generated by bots or automated traffic, or obtained in breach of the promotion rules.

Payouts are made in USD via PayPal to a payout method you have confirmed after our 24-hour security hold. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations arising from your commission. We may withhold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud or a payment dispute.

Either party may end participation at any time. Unpaid commission that has cleared and is not subject to reversal remains claimable for 90 days after termination, except where the account was closed for breach or fraud. We may update these terms; material changes require you to re-accept before you can continue using your referral link or code.
